The appointment system is aggravating and appointments are months and months out. I would’ve put less stars but when I did get someone on the phone they were very professional and did their best to help which I do appreciate.
Went to my second physical therapy appointment the other day. The doctor was outstanding!! I needed some help to strengthen my lower back and both hip flexors. Dr. Campbell has a great bedside manner! He was willing to take the time I needed to offer some key exercises to strengthen these areas. I’m very happy with the progress so far!!
Their system is horrible, there's no way to communicate with the front desk, they don't call when they said even when I explained them what hours I was available because after those hours I can't answer the phone at work and because I couldn't answer the time the called they never call again, I'm still waiting for my ultrasound results and they never answer the phone, is always those machines giving you a thousands of options but never what you need, also they keep pushing to do everything online but doesn't work either, I g... read more
As a military spouse and patient to this clinic and very disappointed on how the manage the appointment schedules, because my appointment at the time I checked in was 10:20 am at Family Medicine office. I come at 9:43 am and my appointment was at 10:20am at the time I did my checking in. Went in for a physical therapy appointment this morning that my orthopedic doctor requested for me. Got a call from the scheduling office and put the appointment into my work schedule immediately when they set it up. I showed up at 10:30 when I was told the appointment time was, and was told that my appointment was at 8:30 instead of 1030. I had to reschedule, but the next available appointment isn’t for another 3 weeks. What’s another 3 weeks when I already had to wait for over a month??!
