Summary: Rude, Dishonest, Inaccurate Facts: Went in to have 2022 taxes done. Was told I'd receive a state refund check for xxxx dollars. When I went back to sign, the state refund was going to be xxxx -2500. When I told her the numbers were very different from what she had originally stated, she told me twice that my taxes were very simple because I only had one W2.
