I work for an apartment management company. CPS was my go to company for plumbing emergencies. They were a good company that showed up quickly when I needed them. As of late their speedy time has dropped considerably. Last week I had a plumbing emergency and needed a plumber asap. Every time I called them I was sent to a voice mail. I left messages for 5 days with zero call backs. Finally had to call different plumbers. I will not be using them again.
As you read my review keep in mind that im a friendly, patient person and usually give people the benefit of the doubt and in this case the service was bad enough to bring me here to leave a bad review. They sent out a guy on van #85 (i didnt even get a chance to get the guys name thats how bad the service was). When he arrived he parked in the middle of the drive way blocking the way in, he didnt even bother to notify us. They like to see how long they can take on the job even when you requested a tool to be used they will show up without it and charge you for there mistakes avoid with all cost
When my boyfriend tried to install a new faucet on his own, he ran into some trouble. When he realized he couldn't remove the previous faucet with the tools we have, he called CPS. They promptly came to our home and immediately removed the faucet and helped put in the new faucet. They even had an extra piece that we needed to make the faucet look nice! They were courteous and professional. I would highly recommend CPS!
Commercial Plumbing Services has always provided amazing service for all of our emergencies, and their pricing is even better. Definitely a great company to have on your side.
