I was able to get a same day appointment. Justin and Robert inspected the leaking pipe in my home's crawlspace. They explained the problem and how it needed to be repaired. I'd like to set up a day to have work done.
We have a tough drainage problem. Joel made a special effort to get to us quickly and survey the problem. He explained the issue clearly and has a plan to resolve it. Joel and his team are a true pleasure to work with and go the extra mile. We could not be more please and would highly recommend CPS to everyone for any plumbing need. Well done, CPS!
Very pleased with service Robert provided today - yearly maintenance on my tankless hot water heater and a couple of fixes on a rocking toilet and leaking outdoor faucets. Robert is very knowledgeable and thorough. He was patient answering my questions as he worked. Setting up the appointment with Kayla in the office was easy. She is very kind and pleasant. My plan is to stick with Robert, Kayla and CPS!!
I got to meet Colleen and Joel, both very kind and professional. They responded immediately, and came out within just a few days to fix my outdoor spigot for the garden hose. Joel did a remarkable job at an affordable price (including some great plumbing knowledge). I felt like friends when they left.
