Customer service is not great. Asked if they had an item, they told me don't. When I pressed that they were a distributor for said company, they then corrected themselves and said i could place an order. They missed this sale because their lack of knowledge of what they sell... maybe the lady was new.

called ahead to get efflorescence remover and they had it in stock. They were great and reasonably priced. I went back a few weeks later to get more and they said they only deal with businesses, but said he would sell it to me anyway, but the price was 50% more than the last time I came in. I told him that was too much and asked for my receipt from last time which I did not have so I left and plan to get from another company tomorrow.

I mean no one asked if we needed help pero it ain’t expected . We get up to the counter and yolonda was “helping us” in the middle of “helping” us she is giving some other worker fool another order and didn’t even excuse herself . Didn’t say “give me a moment” or anything of the sorts. Just rude rude rude . This the last time I’m coming to this place it’s lame
