Amazing front desk , always helps me and gives me the sooner appointment. To be honest this is the only clinic that i don’t really care if i wait for long if i am there.

The receptionist I don’t know her name but the one with the frizzy hair told me to have a seat and never checked me in.. after 1 hour of waiting I asked her for an update and she told me I’ll see the doctor soon, instead of taking accountability for making a mistake and wasting my time she played it off and the doctor came out and apologize on her behalf. Very frustrating. Also bring headphones, the receptionists are very loud and chatty with one another and it’s a pretty small waiting room

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Rassem. She was kind, compassionate, highly professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. What stood out most was her thoughtful and analytical approach. My symptoms are somewhat difficult to describe and could easily have been dismissed, but she took the time to listen carefully, explore the full context, and genuinely try to connect the dots. Unfortunately, this clinic failed to provide the level of respect, professionalism, and privacy that elderly patients should expect in a medical setting. Today, my mother attended the clinic for an appointment that had been booked by the clinic. When she arrived, a staff member told her that she did not have an appointment. My mother explained that she keeps a notebook in which she records all her appointments and was certain that the appointment had been scheduled.
