This is my second time going for an ovation with Dr. Mian. The first one lasted five years pain-free 100% results. So I was quite pleasant and surprised today and as always the care that is given to the patient very friendly, very welcoming and very professional.

I have been seeing Dr. Ho at the Canadian Pain And Regenerative Institute for several years now. He has helped me immensely with shoulder pain, back pain and pain in my knees. He has done a great deal to improve the quality of my life. I would highly recommend anybody who is suffering from any form of chronic pain to get a referral to see him. He always listens carefully to my concerns, never belittles me, and never fails to come up with some solution that will help make the pain better.

Disappointing experience showing zero empathy for patients. I missed an appointment due to exceptional circumstances, and instead of understanding, they were quick to demand a no-show fee. Clearly, financial gain takes priority over patient care here. A disappointing approach for any medical institution.

8 months for an appointment. Few weeks before the appointment I got a very abrupt phone call announcing Dr Best would not be available and the appointment was canceled. Would I like to rebook a month or so down the road? No real explanation as to why the doctor is suddenly unavailable. Very cold, very unhelpful clerk. Don't make the mistake of thinking you matter to these people
