Unfortunately, this clinic failed to provide the level of respect, professionalism, and privacy that elderly patients should expect in a medical setting. Today, my mother attended the clinic for an appointment that had been booked by the clinic. When she arrived, a staff member told her that she did not have an appointment. Dr. Mian took the time to listen and understand my symptoms. He was able to come up with a treatment plan that so far has been very effective. My experience with PRP has been exceptional. I am forever grateful to Dr. Mian for his care and expertise.

This facility is a joke. I was interviewed by a student which was fine. It’s what came after that made me leave the clinic. After my interview I was told to wait for a dr. Ho After 45 mins I was still waiting. There was no one in the office so I wondered why I was kept waiting. I could hear laughing and joking around from a closed office across where I was waiting. I’m not sure what was funny but I felt uncomfortable with this laughter so I left. I don’t think this clinic is very serious about helping their patients. Looks l... read more

I went to Dr Ip for my rotator cuff pain snd he was very thorough and patient and recommended cortisone shot and advised me exercise and also was very gentle with the shot..my pain has reduced significantly..I also went to him for my severe hip arthritis and he gave me cortisone shot and it has helped me a lot in my pain..he went thru lots of my leg movement to determine the pain and where it is coming from…he listens to you patiently..I am so grateful to Dr Ip

Okasna Bobyr is a horrible person She yelled at me over the phone cause I missed him appointment. They are supposed to email me a reminders about the appointment that was made 2 1/2 months ago and the Office never emailed me once Oksana Yelled at the top of her lungs verbally abusing me over and over again, hanging up on me and me trying to call back to speak to a manager or even speak to the doctor.
