CPR were fantastic, we didnt know them but they arrived whilst the water was still flowing into our basement. we have nver made a claim on insurance before and CPR told us not worry and prepared and supplied the insurance company all they needed for a speedy claim resolution, no arguements. CPR took all the necessary steps to ensure there was no water in the basment. CPR team were pleasant, dedicated and did a first class job. Really excellent job all around and i would hesitate to recommend them

We had a flood across all 3 floors of our house - extensive damage. Chris and his team were incredible to work with. They took care of our emergency flood itself as well as the full renovation of our house after the fact. Chris and his team are very easy to work with. They also helped directly with our insurance provider which really helped. The quality of the work is exceptional as well. 2 days before New Years came home to find that our basement was flooded. Found a plumber who determined that some if not the majority of the clay sewage pipes had collapsed. To gain access to the cement basement floor, the wood sub floor had to be removed first. The plumber suggested that we call Chris at CPR24. Left a message as it was about 9 at night and got a call back within about 10 minutes from Chris. I had a sewage backup in my basement and called CPR24 Restoration. Chris came out right away and was incredibly professional and kind during a very stressful situation. He explained everything clearly, worked quickly, and left the place spotless. I’m really grateful for the fast response and excellent service. Highly recommend!

We Call CPR24 Restoration in the middle of the night they answered the phone right way and the remove the water from the burst pipe and dried the place and they organized everything with insurance. Chris is very polite and very helpful. I really suggest them for any restoration works.
