I came to this location to recertify my BLS certification. CPR123 made scheduling easy and answered all of my questions about the process. Instructor Mike during the skills portion was knowledgeable, funny, and encouraging. He was also there to give me tips and tricks for the future to be the best healthcare worker I can!
I've been using CPR123 for my BLS, ACLS, and PALS renewals since 2014, and they've consistently provided an excellent experience. The instructors are knowledgeable with Paul being my most recent one. Probably the best in person BLS renewal I’ve ever done! Way better and more engaging than doing Heartcode. Instructor was excellent.
The Mineola location is convenient. The CPR Instructor Thomas is the best instructor that I've have in my 20+ years of taking this course! He Is relevant, engaging, and fun!!. Which makes the time go by fast.
