I show up to the class and was instantly welcomed by Joyce (the instructor) who has the most upbeat and professional demeanor. She greeted me, oriented me to the space and offered me some light refreshments. Ok, now my mood is changing and I’m a little less grouchy about taking a mandated class. The instructor Joyce has knowledge of all new changes and updates with American Heart Association always available for class scheduling via email or by phone. Been going there for several years
