Best EV repair shop in the Houston area! Kind, thorough, and very knowledgeable. Definitely worth the trip.
I’m pretty sure I have made a review before but I feel the need to make another. One day my 2013 Model S decided to not start. Due to location and towing issue etc we had to go to a Tesla service center for diagnosis, we live about an hour from Cameron’s shop. I feared the news of finally hearing my battery has died and need a new one. Well that was not the case thank goodness but I did get a pretty hefty quote from Tesla (Hefty to me) with a bunch of stuff that made no sense. Shop was great to deal with and has very reasonable pricing! I had my Large drive unit dropped off to repair the bearings and coolant delete. They updated me throughout the process and gave me details on the condition of my unit. Their Austin location actually is the location to handle the rebuild but Cameron took care of delivering and picking up the unit from their other office for me. Highly recommend for all things Tesla! Vandora is so helpful and nice. I've gone here twice - once for a window tint and installation of a roof rack for my Model Y. Both perfect with no issues. The quotes come back quick and customer service is top tier. Especially after my bad experience at a tesla service center for a recent repair, I'll always go here first from now on. I appreciate their friendliness, knowledge, and honesty.
