I visited CPR EV Repair today for a bumper-to-bumper inspection of my 2023 Tesla Model Y, and I had an excellent experience. I wanted to change Steering wheel for our Tesla Model 3 as it was ripping off. Ms Pandora gave me an appoitment after 4 days for a 9 am appoitment. I was there at 8.50 am and the door was already opened. They replaced the steering wheel OEM part very quickly in 40 min. The price they charged was reasonable. Overall, I had a solid experience with CPR EV Repair and would recommend them, especially to Tesla owners looking for an alternative to Tesla Service. I can't quite give them five stars because of a few communication issues, but they did a lot extremely well. Customer service was great.
