I had an issue with my AC and called them to take a look and see what the issue was. The tech originally thought it was because my radiator had debris clogging it and cleaned it. Because it was a “quick diagnosis,” they only charged me half the cost of the diagnosis hour, and we were done. This was my first time taking my 2015 Tesla Model S to a shop outside of Tesla Service, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience at CPR Tesla. Very knowledgeable and personable. Service Advisor at front desk was very accommodating and made me feel right at home throughout the process. Tech came out and explained the findings of my bumper to bumper inspection, let me ask questions (when do you ever get to do this?). Service Advisor also further educated me on other topics I had questions about while checking out.
This place is run by people who truly care. I had an unusual situation; a kitten was stuck inside my Tesla, and I couldn’t get it out. I called several animal rescue teams and workshops with no luck. When I reached out to this shop, they were fully booked for the day but still told me to bring the car. They took the time to help and successfully got the little kitten out! I’m so grateful for their kindness and willingness to help even when they were busy.
