My husband and I took a Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED class here to prep for our first baby. There was an online portion that we completed at home and then an in-person, 1hr skills session with Mark. My instructor was Tiffany. She's the best instructor. Her classes are very well organized, and she's a proper professional who knows a lot. Through this class, I was able to understand easily and gain confidence in acls/bls. I highly recommend it.
Tiffany provided me with an excellent experience in ACLS/BLS training. She is seasoned in emergency care and provided helpful supplemental information that took my learning beyond the basics. I feel more prepared to use my skills in the real world because of my experience with her. She gracefully led me through the scenarios in a comfortable learning environment.
