It was very pleasant and very informational. No complaints at all, my instructor Mark was nice and helped everyone learn well.
My husband and I took a Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED class here to prep for our first baby. There was an online portion that we completed at home and then an in-person, 1hr skills session with Mark. It ended up being a private class with just the two of us and our instructor. Mark was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and succinct.
