The first time Chris came out and fixed my pump it went really well. He gave me a reasonable quote of $600 and did the work. I even gave him additional $200 because I knew it was more work than he anticipated. A few months later I asked him to come look at the same pump because it was getting hot and I did not know if it was burnt up or if it was an irrigation issue.
