Yesterday I took my phone in for a repair because something was wrong with the display. The screen kept going black when I was using the phone. And it had been cracked slightly, for quite a while. I had a horrible experience there! Several weeks ago your team replaced a screen for me. Shortly after that the screen stopped working properly (was acting like I was randomly touching the screen in various places when I was not touching it at all) and became loose. When I took it back one of your employees said that it was a common experience that they were having with a particular shipment of screens and that they would fix it.
