Took my iPhone SE 3 to get a screen replacement. The website says they use genuine Apple parts. But I’m getting a message saying that the screen isn’t recognized. I called the store and they said it’s because they used a 3rd party screen. Why have on the website that you use genuine Apple parts when you’re clearly not? I’m considering taking legal action. I’ve attached a screenshot from their own website where it says they use genuine Apple parts and also the message on my phone.
