I visited this place based on reviews and warranty …PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! I had a screen replaced on my iPHONE 6 Plus on today at this location and it was defective. Within an hour I noticed cracks forming on one corner. I figured this was probably an installation issue and revisited the store to have the screen replaced as serviced & parts were under warranty for the device…WRONG. Bilal needs help with customer service. I’ve had nothing but issues with this place, 2 defective screens, missing information, and horrible customer service. The Little Elm store representative was able to assist with providing me all the information Lewisville did not and printed an invoice Bilal states he was too busy to send that he confirmed he had in front of him and confirmed he had the correct email address to send it to.
