Took my phone here to be repaired due to a cracked screen. The service was friendly and knowledgeable and I was surprised it took less than an hour to repair! I bought a screen protector and they were able to install that for me as part of my service as well. Very happy with my repair and will use them again!
Did a fantastic job. I had gone to the Apple Store first and they told me that they would have to wipe my phone completely to do anything then I went to the AT&T store and they told me the exact same thing but then I went over to CPR and when I walked in, the employee knew exactly what he was talking about was very knowledgeable and very nice. I dropped my phone off and he was done a very quick amount of time I came back and it was perfectly fixed.
I was expecting to go through lots of high-pressure sales nonsense just to get my phone screen fixed under the T-Mobile Warranty. The gentleman at the counter did no such theatre. I stated the reason I was there and he efficiently filed the claim with me with a professional, friendly demeanor.
