They had great service. I have an insurance plan with Tmobile and it got so messed up! I really hope the top people in both companies can get together and prevent any further complications. It needs to be more streamlined and less back in forth with both companies at the same time. So frustrated w the process. I was told free repair but ended up costing me $80+.
