I called with an explication of my phone issue. The tech diagnosed it over the phone. Game me a good ball park estimate and how long it would take to fix. Came in under estimated time and cost. Nice job🤗
The gentleman who took my phone was courteous and informed me about the cost and why the expense (it's not cheap to replace a Samsung galaxy 9 screen. :( . They had the parts in stock and service was a one day turnaround. They offered a warranty on parts. Overall I was pleased. They even let me come in nearing closing hour when I'm sure they were ready to close up. I'd go there again if I ever need further service.
