Your employee blatantly lied on the follow up report on a insurance claim and now I have to pay a full replacement for my phone. The employee and manager both are horrible at customer service by hanging up on a customer who is making a complaint. If my phone had a faulty speaker before the repair why not have me sign for it? They informed me that verizon sent me an IPhone 7 when I should had received an 8. I would have never known they gave me the wrong phone .
CPR is amazing! The gentlemen there repaired my Samsung Galaxy S8 touch screen and I was able to get all my pictures, contacts etc back. They worked quickly and my phone is like new. CPR is very professional and trustworthy not to mention I'm a stickler on customer service and they far exceeded my expectations!
