Had my S7 battery replaced due to it swelling and popping the back glass off. New battery died within a month. Had an issue with someone that answered the phone (initial rating was 1 star), Manager took care of that and replaced my battery with a better one. Battery is no longer dead after 2 or 3 phone calls. Even after several visits to various websites and playing a couple videos the new battery is strong and lasts all day.
I dropped my phone off this afternoon and got it back looking like when I first bought it! The customer service was amazing I definitely recommend them!
My daughter dropped my husband’s surface 4 pro and cracked the screen. We panicked since we didn’t have insurance. I discovered CPR in St. Robert they said they could fix it. We were a little nervous but by far this was the cheapest option. They ordered the glass and it took about 5 days to come. They fixed it in one day and it looks brand new again. Definitely recommend them if you have a cracked screen!
I dropped off my iPhone for a shattered screen repair. Phone still functioned perfectly before turning it over to CPR. Service was very fast but sloppy! The screen used as a replacement is not flush with the edges of my phone (the casing) so my screen is raised above level and rigid...they simply said "they don't know why it's like that." I asked if they used an actual apple part (screen) and the response was "I don't know." Hey so ive gotten my screen replaced 3 times by you guys already an its popping off again this is sad an poor quality i payed $200 to replace it and now this keeps happening. This is really inconvenient and i dont have time to bring you guys my phone keeping it there for 1-2 days because you guys dont have time to look at it an then the fix you guys give me is temporary. Like really?😒

Came in today (2016/05/24) and had some of the best customer service I've ever received from a sales associate/tech. They were very helpful and even used layman's terms when explaining the process and how they would fix it. Dealing with cell phones in general can be a pain and I'm glad I finally had a fantastic experience with CPR. Quick and painless!
Needed new battery for phone, that kept not holding charge. Fixed very quickly.
