Other than taking 45 minutes longer than promised, which was 2 hours to do a 45 minute repair, it was a great experience. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. I'll definitely be returning for future tech repair needs.

These guys are professional and friendly, and know what they're doing! They custom ordered the part, and then repaired my phone in about an hour. They're service is great. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I don't typically do this, however I must say I absolutely love this place! Amazing, phenomenal customer service, polite workers, understanding, and they have personality and will explain the how not the what for every problem you have. I brought my phone in the day before my trip to New York City from Maine because it just wasn't charging! And that same day I had booked an appointment with the Apple Store before I decided to go with CPR. At the Apple Store they told me my charger port was fried and not replaceable.
