Other than taking 45 minutes longer than promised, which was 2 hours to do a 45 minute repair, it was a great experience. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. I'll definitely be returning for future tech repair needs.

I don't typically do this, however I must say I absolutely love this place! Amazing, phenomenal customer service, polite workers, understanding, and they have personality and will explain the how not the what for every problem you have. I brought my phone in the day before my trip to New York City from Maine because it just wasn't charging! And that same day I had booked an appointment with the Apple Store before I decided to go with CPR. At the Apple Store they told me my charger port was fried and not replaceable.
