Brought my phone in for a cosmetic repair- my phone functioned just fine. They said it would be done in 45 minutes to an hour, and I told them I was okay with even coming back later to collect it so they could have as much time as needed because i had other commitments. They examined the phone and said the damage was definitely fixable. They insisted I stayed and after an hour and a half they kept saying "almost done". Brought my Note 20 Ultra to get an insurance replacement for my screen. I got there a little early and they took me a little before my appointment. They got it done quick and efficiently! Phone is like brand new! Would recommend!!
