John was professional, knowledgeable and good at explaining the process. We appreciated the offer to replace the hard drive with a better one. We ended up with a computer that performs much better and the files we thought could not be retrieved. The service was quick and the price was well worth it.

Had to take Mary's computer in as it was running real slow and the battery was completely dead. Got the new battery for $60 vs over $200 from other well known big box stores and they increased the speed after running diagnostics. Would highly recommend CPR to anyone with computer issues and they do wonders with phones from what I hear...
