We had taken our brand new iPad to another shop to repair damage after being dropped. They had it for weeks, rarely called with a status, and when returned to us as “repaired” it was not. CPR kept us up to date on the status of the repair, used proper parts, reasonable price AND it works again! Thank you!

My son dropped my iPad in the case that was open screen broke called told me to bring in after 3 pm I got there at 3:30 and they told me they might have it done before 7. They called me at 6:30.
