Wonderful customer service. Called in the morning for an emergency iPad repair and it was done by lunch time.
I was used to going to the CPR in King of Prussia and was rerouted to the Pottstown locale and was honestly a tad skeptic....skeptism that was laid to rest early...... Dillion was an absolute gem! He provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to complete the repair for my phone. I was out of town and he made sure the representative from Asurion understood the impact that not having access to my phone or a local address would have if I had to wait to get a claim approved (up to 72 hours). I have an older iPhone that works fine except for the battery wouldn’t hold the charge. I didn’t want to purchase a brand new phone just yet so I called CPR Cell Phone Repair in Pottstown, told them what the issue was, received a quote to replace the battery, and scheduled an appointment to have the battery changed while I waited. Everything went as smoothly as could be expected. Very professional.
These guys are professional, fast, and flexible. I spent some time talking to Dillon, and they've only got the best behind the counter. Dillon himself is respectful, friendly, and effective. I highly recommend them.
