They were very helpful and friendly. Got my phone screen (Galaxy S23 Ultra) fixed in 2 hours just like they said they would and it looks fantastic! Just... Very nice gentleman who went out of his way to explain everything to me., in the way I could understand.
First time customer, I took my daughter's tablet in for a charger issue, screen couldn't turn on because battery was dead, they called when fixed and stated the screen looked like it had water or pressure damage and was brighter in the corner. I know there was no visible damage prior to them taking it in. This stands out like a sore thumb that I would have noticed. They wanted to charge me to fix their mistake.
