I brought my phone to get it fix, they said they did, I paid over $260, a few weeks go by and the phone started acting up again, took it back because they said it had warranty, they basically said I was lying because I put another screen that doesn’t belong to them, seriously like I know how to do that!!! Gabe was ridiculously rude.. they scam you, get your money and then you are out of luck with no warranty!!
RecommendedWell I must say it's the fastist experience I've ever known to get a cell phone fixed I dropped my grandson's phone off at 2:30 and it was ready by 3:30 That was really quick and I actually cracked his screen so I needed to surprise him and got it fixed before he got out of school 20 thumbs up.!!!
The staff is very nice and prices are reasonable.
I dropped my phone the afternoon of 11/8, after which the home button wouldn’t work. I found CPR after a Google search, brought it in, and got it repaired in less than two hours. Great customer service!
Staff was professional and courteous! Had my phone done in an hour. Highly recommend this store.
CPR has helped me out a couple times now with my phone and my tablet they're great people to work with and I would go there again hopefully not too soon but I would go back
It is worth your while when you break your phone, accidentally drop it, even break the glass...TAKE IT TO THEM! I took my husband’s phone to them when I really didn’t think they could repair it....His phone is like NEW!!!! I highly RECOMMEND THEM!!!
The work was finished when he said it would be. He didn’t have to charge as much as he said it was going to be.
