So one day while walking to my car, I slipped on the stairs leading from my house to the sidewalk (it was on a Sunday and the weather was snow and ice) and I broke my laptop screen. I took it in and they gave me a really reasonable price, they ordered the screen for me, and after the screen came in they were able to repair it within 20 minutes, and I couldn't be happier with the results!
