The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and service was quick (I made an appointment online), not to mention half the price of a competitor I called. My phone camera had a cracked lens, and during the process of replacing it, not all the broken glass was removed before the new lens was put on. I couldn’t tell until I got home and tried to use the lens close up on an item that it wouldn’t focus properly. I took it back in and it was fixed again quickly with no hassle. Wow, where can I start! Not only have they helped my family with our kids tablets and computers many times, Robert personally helped my son build his own computer! Robert let my son come in and helped walk him through building a gaming computer from scratch. He did not have to do this and it was purely out of the kindness of his heart to take his time to help him and educate him about building a computer. I am a loyal customer as long as Robert is there!

The staff is super professional and great customer service. I think he said his name is Robert. I asked him if he had placed the protective screen on. He said , he didn’t have any to put on, since the blue envelope only had one in it. Well, long story short. He said, your a good customer and I have replaced 3 iPads screens for your granddaughters iPads. I’m going to put it on for Free! Now, is that great customer service or what? I highly recommend CPR .

If I could give them more then 5 stars i would!! This place is amazing! They got my cracked screen fixed with in 30 minutes, they even saved my new screen protector that had just been put on. Got a new case and a mag safe ring to hopefully help stop dropping my phone! If you have any repair needs this is the place to go!! The manager and employees are so energetic, and so helpful, you can tell they really enjoy their job. This is where I will be going from now on for any cell phone needs.

Amazing customer service! The person helping me was kind and explained the quick process for getting me a new iPhone screen and battery. The turnaround time is very quick! I ended up having some color and brightness issues with the new screen and they fixed it as soon as I was able to bring it back. They seem genuine and trustworthy and committed to helping the customer. I’ll definitely be coming back if needed in the future
