These folks are first class professionals. Very pleasant and honest. I went in, the gentleman examined my cellphone. Told me battery was in great shape, and all I needed was the backing glued. He glued it, like new, and ready to go. Would not accept any money for his time or materials. Great operations. Great people! HUAHH!!

Robert was a huge help. I first spoke with him over the phone to see if he could possibly fix my issue. When I asked if it's something I should have my phone carrier try fixing first, he was all on board (aka, didn't try to sell me on services). My carrier wasn't able to help me at all and I went to Robert the next day. He took care of my issue quickly and seamlessly! He was super nice and we'll definitely be bringing all of our messed up devices to Robert and CPR Cell Phone in the future!

CPR phone repair is the best! Robert is the only person Ive come to trust when it comes to phone repair or navigating a networks bizarre rules. He helped me get my phone repaired at zero cost to me. Two other stores and four different customer service reps passed me to another store or rep. Only legit place for phone repair is Robert & CPR

Robert and the rest were courteous, let me know how long repairs should take, when I should expect my device back, and all the risks involved. They were excellent all the way through, and my surface pro 8 works like new. Fantastic service, even ahead of Christmas when they were super busy. Worth every penny.
