We had a positive experience at this Meridian location. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Good customer service is rare these days so when you get some good interaction with a business, it is appreciated. Super fast! fixed my wife's iphone in less than an hour. I highly recommend.
Amazing service! I took my iPhone XS in after it started acting up over the weekend—constantly restarting on its own. I seriously thought I would just need to buy a new phone. But since I rely on my phone for business, I needed a quick solution. Initially, I thought it was a battery issue, but after diagnosing the problem, they found it was something else entirely. Went in yesterday and let me tell you that this is absolutely the best possible place to get your phone repaired. Excellent customer service when I called and had questions, 100% honest on everything I asked, had the part for my phone in stock, fixed my phone very quickly, and made the whole repair process super simple. WE were treated with incredible respect and got both our IPhones fixed in record time! AND at such a great charge. We walked in thinking oh my goodness this is going to cost us!!
