If I could give them more then 5 stars i would!! This place is amazing! They got my cracked screen fixed with in 30 minutes, they even saved my new screen protector that had just been put on. Got a new case and a mag safe ring to hopefully help stop dropping my phone! If you have any repair needs this is the place to go!! The manager and employees are so energetic, and so helpful, you can tell they really enjoy their job. This is where I will be going from now on for any cell phone needs.
Wow, where can I start! Not only have they helped my family with our kids tablets and computers many times, Robert personally helped my son build his own computer! Robert let my son come in and helped walk him through building a gaming computer from scratch. He did not have to do this and it was purely out of the kindness of his heart to take his time to help him and educate him about building a computer. I am a loyal customer as long as Robert is there!
Amazing customer service! The person helping me was kind and explained the quick process for getting me a new iPhone screen and battery. The turnaround time is very quick! I ended up having some color and brightness issues with the new screen and they fixed it as soon as I was able to bring it back. They seem genuine and trustworthy and committed to helping the customer. I’ll definitely be coming back if needed in the future
Amazing service! I took my iPhone XS in after it started acting up over the weekend—constantly restarting on its own. I seriously thought I would just need to buy a new phone. But since I rely on my phone for business, I needed a quick solution. Initially, I thought it was a battery issue, but after diagnosing the problem, they found it was something else entirely. Went in yesterday and let me tell you that this is absolutely the best possible place to get your phone repaired. Excellent customer service when I called and had questions, 100% honest on everything I asked, had the part for my phone in stock, fixed my phone very quickly, and made the whole repair process super simple. They made sure I was a happy customer before I walked out the door and triple checked my phone was in fact fixed before leaving. From start to finish everything was excellent.
