I came in expecting to buy a new battery or to attempt to have the port fixed because my phone did not seem to be charging up from 0%. I left for an hour to allow for diagnostics, and when I returned the staff said they were able charge it, so my issue was probably with my charger/cable/wall outlet. There was no fee since all they did for me was plug it in. I was so impressed because they could have easily done an unneeded repair, charged me for it, and I wouldn’t have known the difference. I was referred to CPR by the Verizon store believing it would be a lower cost alternative to fix my phone. It was... CPR did a fine job. I had a cracked digitizer & LCD. My phone is back to normal. Their employees were kind. The repair only took 1hr 30min; I was pleased about that. ...the cost was more than I expected ($240.75). I made no mention of cost to CPR. I am happy to have my phone back in good working order. I don't want to pay that amount again! (I better not drop my phone ever again.) Overall, the cost is the only... read more

Got my phone back,form getting a new screen.When I got home, I noticed the corner of my screen wasn't snapped all the way down. Taking it back today to see what they say. To me,it looks like the clip is broke.I'll get back!!! UPDATE-- Took my phone back and they fixed the screen under 5 min.they did an awesome job and will recommend them to anyone that has a problem with their phone!!
