I got my phone screen repaired here about 6 months ago. Right after it was repaired, the fingerprint unlock started acting up. The whole screen eventually went totally unresponsive, so I took it back in. They refused to honor the lifetime warranty they have, claiming that I had damaged it somehow, even though I haven't so much as dropped it, there is ZERO evidence of damage, and it's in a good hard case with a screen protector, both of which are also unharmed. They replaced the battery on my refurbished Samsung s21 ultra and also helped me out with a front facing camera issue. During the repair process there was another issue that they could not have anticipated but they took care of me as a customer. Prices here or comparable to other places. I would come back here for the service. Carlos was very helpful!
