I've had a very poor experience and just drove an hour and a 1/2 to an appointment that they scheduled for me to get my phone repaired and I was told that they did not have the screen. All I got was we can orsee it amd have me drive back again. Lost my services.
Had the phone in for a screen repair but not a cracked screen and they glued the mic and speakers so no phone calls could be done. Took it back and picked it up later and they could only get part of the glue scratched off and returned it with my screen loose on the upper portion of my phone. Later took it back to have the screen repaired once more and now I can't understand a word people are saying to me on the phone, my speaker is so messed up and still have to use it on speaker phone to hear anything at all. It was definitely worth coming to madison for. I recommend this place to EVERYONE!! Fair prices and very welcoming people.
They were very informed and knew there stuff they take a long time to get parts tho
