Change in staff since they'd first opened (not sure when) but it was needed. Excellent customer service this time around, and workmanship of warranty repair was excellent. Thank you CPR for standing by your warranty!

EXCEPTIONAL service. Great prices and great quality work. I couldn't be happier with choosing to have my sons phone fixed there! I'd recommend everyone to see them if you need your cell phone fixed. Warranty on the screens is useless I had them put a screen on my iPhone 6 and after 4 months the screen started to peel up, and me not knowing any better tried to push it down to see if it would stay and sure enough the screen cracked. I brought the phone in and they won't honor the warranty because of the physical damage caused by a manufacturer defect. You are better off going to apple and avoid getting these sub par screens that are junk, and constantly have the white spots all over the display. Unless they honor the warr... read more

Nick, we are sorry we didn't meet your expectations. Our warranty policy strictly voids cracked screens. If the screen was defective, it would have not sat correctly during those four months of use. Iphones are notorious for the frame bending while in your pocket which can cause several issues, one of them being the screen lifting up from the frame. My boyfriends phone got severely damaged in the rain. The guys at CPR worked diligently to get his phone working so that he could get the thousands of pictures and contacts back that he had not backed up. They then helped him back everything up which took many hours and had several complications. All this at no extra charge. These guys are so awesome!!! I recommend them to everyone!!!
