I bought a new iPhone but did not know how to set up, install protective case , get Apple ID, etc. went to CPR in Hilliard , and WOW, so friendly , helpful , offered recommendations on how to use, and handled all my querkie requests . Blown away by their customer service !!!!have forwarded their website on to friends and family.
Perfect experience... Fixed my iPhone 5c's cracked screen quickly, easily, and cheaply... I couldn't be more pleased!
Went to this store today. Talked with the owner yesterday. He said he would cut me a deal on a repair I just needed to come in. So I did. And talked to him. He was very rude didn't offer any deal like he said he would on the phone. Won't return to this store. Their words aren't good. They don't honor there words. Don't go to there location. Had to give one start to post this review
My Samsung Galaxy S4 had fell off the bumper and was run over many times ...it was a wreck I thought I was SOL...but I took it to CPR and it is just like new..never would have imagined that it would work again..I highly recommend CPR for your broken phone !!
I love the wonderful folks here! TWICE they have fixed my Motorola Razr HD. Once to fix the screen which I broke & today to fix the power button which died on me. Everyone there is always friendly and fast and they are unfailingly helpful. Can't say enough awesome stuff about the people here and the services they provide!
