I wish I can give a real review. I took my phone into them several weeks ago. They told me what was wrong & ordered the part and told me when it would be in. I never received a call. I called them & asked them when the part would be in.... They said oops it was never ordered and said they would order it again. When I didn't hear from him in another week, I tried a third time. And once again I called and once again they said they didn't order it. And said they would put it on the order slip again .I've still not had a phone c... read more
Can't say enough how well these guys know their craft.
I had parts ordered 4 days in advanced and scheduled accordingly. I dropped the phone off and did errands. Two hours later, I'm told the parts were never ordered and given a poor excuse as to why they weren't. Just needed a battery replaced in a phone.
Customer service was a 100 out of 10! Super nice and willing to answer all questions! Would definitely recommend!!
The guy literally admitted that he knows they are installing faulty screens on the iPhone 15 Pro Max’s and said that he is simply just a worker there and can’t do anything about it. This conversation came up due to the fact that I am on my second faulty screen installed by then, and because the warranty has expired, they can’t replace my screen with zero cracks on it. That doesn’t work anymore. Hell of a business if you ask me.
