Andrew was very nice but techs don't know what they're doing. I dropped off my iPad, was told it was fixed, it wasn't. I live an hour away and made 4 trips to pick up my "repaired " iPad to find out it wasn't fixed after I was told it was ready. It was one excuse after another when i arrived. I'm making my 5th trip over to pick it up and get a refund this week. Will never go back.
Had to wait 2 months to get there no car. There for 45 minutes phone fixed no hassle left Happy. Staff is the best almost did want to do the job cause of my screen saver. You guy and lady Rock..
I absolutely love this place!! My 75 Year old Father's phone screen blacked out, and AT&T wouldn't fix it, only replace it. That unfortunately meant he would lose all his photos, contacts, messages..etc. We took his phone to CPR in Hermitage, and within an hour and a half, they had it completely fixed and operable! The staff was so friendly, helpful, honest, and caring! Thank you so much for helping us out! You guys rock!! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
