I was very impressed by the fast, informative service. CPR GSO answered all my questions patiently and fixed my phone very quickly. I was expecting at least to have to leave the phone and come back hours later. No. I left, went to the grocery store and came back in about 1 hour. My phone was ready. I am so relieved after some terrible experiences with being told by other vendors that they did not have the "part," or it would be hours and hours, or even DAYS if they had to ship my phone off for service. Prompt repair of HDMI port on X-box. I think it was fixed the next day. Other places told me 1 week to a month to fix it. CPR was also cheaper than another company that I spoke to. Nice job. Employees were friendly and pleasant!
