Paid cash in full for ipad air 5th Gen screen repair. Now I seem to be out not only the money for the repair but my iPad as well seems how they're closed and I can't get ahold of anyone.
Closed without warning after taking prepayment for work yet did not return any items allegedly going to repair. Locations are franchised and can close without warning or return of items.
I left my phone there to get fixed with a deposit about 3 weeks ago. At this point I just want my phone back and I dont know when they will reopen...
Awful customer service. I paid for repair for my phone's screen and battery over 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive service. They don't even answer their phone or reply to voicemails. They don't follow their shop hours either. Their shop has been closed basically the entire past week with no notice. UPDATE: They are absolute thieves. They had me prepay for service and then stole my money. Haven't been open in weeks and won't get ahold of me to make this right. The owner better hope I never catch him there.
