RecommendedTook my husband’s iPhone in for a new charging port ( we were so sure that’s what was wrong with it) we knew it wasn’t going to be an inexpensive fix.... I was told to bring it right in and drop it off because it was going to take anywhere from an hour to 2 hours for the repair ( which was great) I got a call from CPR about 30 minutes later telling me to come and get it anytime because it was NOT the charging port that needed replaced... the port just needed cleaning and there would be NO CHARGE! My tablet's battery was replaced in a very short amount of time. The time to repair and receive my device back was about 1 hour. I believe that the battery replacement was successful and there is a lifetime warranty on the repair that makes me feel more secure about my purchase.

Overall it was great! Suggestion: Create a line reserved for pick up only. I patiently waited for 20 mins to just to pick up my computer (process that took 30 secs). I am not complaining just trying to increase efficiency & convenience. Thank you for the great work. Computer works great!
