Jon was very helpful giving me a free quote for insurance purposes. In this case due to water damage he was unable to offer a repair, but I still appreciate that he took the time to write me a statement that it requires replacement even though there was no benefit to him.
The lady did an amazing job repairing my screen, both front and back. She was very friendly and respectful towards me and my kiddo, she even suggested some places we could hang out at to pass the time since my repair was taking longer due to customer volume. I wasn't familiar with the area especially without GPS so she gave me directions and I didn't get lost! I am 100% satisfied.
Solid repair performed quickly! I will consider coming back for any future needs. Service was straight forward and kind as well.
