Jon was great. I walked in bummed out about the condition of my new phone, but he figured out it wasn't broken like I thought it was. And he explained the actual issue clearly and professionally. Thank you, Jon!
John did a great job helping me. My phone screen was cracked and he did a flawless job putting the replacement on. Highly recommend this store and appreciate great customer service
Bought a refurbished pixel9 pro with intent of loading different os. Took me 2 weeks to find out it was bootloader locked by Verizon. Refused to take it back. They should have had a disclaimer to such. Disappointed ☹
