Edit: Oh that's great; you're basically saying this part was paid for and wasn't used on the phone. $65 is still expensive for the phone to be returned in the same condition that it was brought in. Cool. Charged $65 to "diagnose". Literally just to unscrew it and look at it for maybe 10 or 15 mins? Crazy.

Kam was very quick to get my phone fully restored. I dropped the phone off, walked next door to Ming BBQ — had a pleasant bowl of wonton soup, and returned with my phone already repaired and ready to go. Thanks again for your prompt work!
