Fast! So Very Friendly I Must Say! My Phone Was Having Battery Issues And These Two Nice Ladies Were Able To Take Care Of The Problem! We Need More People In The Work Force Like Them! Thank You Again! Highly Recommended!
Walked in with a few cracks on my iphone, left with it unable to even power on. I admit i gave him the wrong iphone type (said it was a 16 instead of a 17) but they should be as professional as they claim to be and should identify the type of phone. Also terrible customer service. was recieiving one word, short sentenced answers while trying to communicate.

I broke my screen and my husband paid the insurance to have my iPhone fixed , he couldn’t book an appointment with the link , so I called the store the young lady was very rude and nasty when I tried to explain to her I had a claim number then she hung the phone up in my face , needless to say I visited another repair center and I also called management at spectrum to remove their services, if customer service is this terrible!!
