Incredibly poor experience. Spent $233 to have screen on my tablet fixed that I accidentally dropped. A little over a month later and the screen is starting to crack in several places. Most likely due to cheap materials. So I called and asked if they could replace it since I literally just paid to have it repaired and the lady on the phone says “No, sorry you’ll have to pay for a new screen. The manufacturer who sends us the screens doesn’t give us a warranty so therefore we don’t give our customers a warranty”. I wonder why... read more
Love this CPR but they fix it but is okay
Excellent service. Had decided I was going to have to purchase another I phone/ Lindsay at CPR began to examine it and 40 minutes later had the phone working good as new. Very pleased and highly recommend.

my phone wouldn't connect with any charging cord. I thought maybe the charging port needed replacement. The gentleman tried a deep cleaning first and sure enough it works perfectly fine now. Less than 10min and $20 later I was back out the door. Thank you CPR
