I walked in on a Sunday with a toggle volume/vibrate switch in my iPhone 6 plus that stopped working. They gave me multiple options and fixed the issue within a few hours. Didn't break the bank either!
If I could give 0 stars I would! Worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my entire life! I was made promise after promise after promise and not one of them was made. After having my phone for 7 days it still was not fixed so I went and picked it up and brought it somewhere else. I would not recommend this store to anyone even if my life depended on it! I'm sure this review will be taken down, but even if one person reads it I would be satisfied because sometimes that's all it takes.
My LG G2 screen was shattered and the phone automatically shuts down. They were able to connect to my phone via a special device and were able to retrieve all my photos and videos. They were very friendly and very knowledgeable. I live in Aurora and will definitely travel to this store again for any cell phone repair needs. Great job guys!!!
This place is GREAT. Drove over a half hour to get there but it was well worth it. They have my business always.
CPR successfully repaired my Galaxy Tab3 after I was told by Geek Squad AND Samsung that it was not fixable. I almost trashed and paid full price to replace my beloved tablet. Now I have it back in perfect condition, a few days and only $35 later. So worth it!!!!!!!
Great service! I had already gone to 2 Verizon places to try to fix my phone, they only succeed in wiping my phone completely and not solving the issue. CPR had my phone fixed in 2 minutes and had me on my way. I highly recommend them!
