Erin was a great help with my iPhone. Able to diagnose and fix in about 20 minutes. Friendly and explained/showed me the problem. Great service.
My phone got wet with salt water and needed the motherboard repair to retrieve the data. I had a hard time finding someone who can work on the motherboard. I came across CPR and they have a team member who works on the motherboard. They retrieved all of my data and put it onto my new phone. Excellent service and work. I will be using CPR Cell Phone Repair for all of my future cell phone repair needs.
We will absolutely never go back to this place. We dropped $100 on a screen replacement for a DS lite thinking that this would get rid of the scratches on the surface- we even brought in a replacement part. The guy replaced it even though he SAW that the original display was fine. He didn't call to let us know the situation but instead just replaced it with the other screen & digitizer. I’ve now had two unprofessional experiences here, both involving poor communication and customer service. The first was on 6/23 for a $130 iPhone 11 battery replacement (for reference, Batteries Plus down the road quoted $80). I was told the battery would arrive the next day, but I didn’t get a call until four days later—right before closing—to come in for the replacement. AJ is clearly a stand-up guy. He was incredibly courteous and kind and was able to give me a fair value for the devices I wanted to sell. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to sell their old devices for some cash.
