They lie about their warranty. It doesn't exist. They charged 350$ plus the body of my old phone to fix a screen on a flip phone and then pretended that he "was doing me a favor..." the good reviews have to be fabricated. Trust the one stars. This guy replaces phone parts with other used parts that break right away, then finds any reason to ignore his warranty. I would find a reputable store and avoid this chop shop at all cost.
My laptop screen stopped displaying, and we could not fix it with our limited knowledge at home. I brought it in, checked it in, and it was repaired the same day. The gentleman I worked with was polite and friendly. It was a simple fox that we just were not able to get to ourselves. The cost was very reasonable too. My family has been coming to this location for a long time to fix our electronics, and we will continue to do so.
Went here to get a repair estimate for an Xbox 360 Slim. There is a $55 deposit beware of this, I thought it was fair for the time they took to look at it. They found the problem but in order to proceed with the repair it would cause data loss. I declined any further service & accepted my loss. Thank you Aj & his team for figuring it out. Excellent service, quality repair, fair and low prices, unbeatable turnaround time and goes above and beyond. Definitely better than other local places by a ton!
So originally I went to find out about my cell phone battery. They told me that the battery was no longer holding a charge so the payment was 90.00 for battery and services. Then I call them...(since they never called me even after we agreed that THEY would) and at that point they added another issue...the charging port. The total was 120.00 and my cellphone is still NOT holding a charge. Save your money and go find a professional business. I will not step foot in there again since its a waste of time and money.
