I truly try to give small business the benefit of the doubt because ratings are key to their success. However, my experience at CPR Beaverton was not only sub par, but resulted in me spending $1200 to buy a brand new phone. I took my iPhone 14 Pro in for a simple screen repair. The employee/owner told me to come back in 3 hours - charge for the screen change was $230. The phone was given back to me in 3 hours with an undamaged screen. The service was great. I had completely smashed the back glass on my iPhone 15 and assumed I was going to have to buy a new one. I brought it in and the gentleman told me he could repair it. He needed to order the part and it arrived the next day, he called me, I dropped off the phone and got it back a couple of hours later, looking like new! Very reasonable price too. I’d absolutely recommend them.

Came in a few times a while ago for a phone repair/replacement part. The guy here was very reliable. Explaining to me what he would need to do and finding the best price for the replacement. Even when I had issues later in the week, I came back and he helped me with no problem. Now I'm back using my phone with little worry.

I walked in and the person in charge (AJ) has been nothing but great. He diagnosed and fixed my phone quickly. Great customer service and place is clean and tidy.

My wife's phone died and was replaced by the manufacturer. Unfortunately, it was the screen that failed, making traditional data transfer next-to-impossible. CPR to the rescue! The owner was polite and went above and beyond to fix the device and save all of the pertinent data. Highly recommended!
