I had come looking to replace my cracked phone screen. At first I was pleasantly suprised by the low pricing rate for a replacement (over $180.00). So I agree to pay for their service. Fast forward a few days later after the repair, my screen goes black so I return to the shop. The employee offers to replace it for free (since there were no scratches or cracks).
