Took my phone in today, Phoenix was there working, walked me through the process of what will be done to fix my phone. He’s very professional, very polite, overall the service was fast. Same day pick up. Highly recommend.
Phoenix was amazing and changed the battery on my iPhone 13mini. I have two 13minis And I love the little phone and wanted to keep it and not upgrade to a large phone. He let me know that one of the phones might not be worth fixing and I appreciated that because he wasn’t just trying to make a buck off me. He was knowledgeable and realistic, and I appreciate that:
Horrible. They replaced the screen on my note20 and it stopped working shortly thereafter, I took it back and their employee started giving me a lot of grief saying that they've warranted my screen 3x now and they're not going to do it again. I had no idea what he was talking about, clearly he was confusing me with someone else. Once I cleared that up, he took my phone and agreed to repair it, then called me and said it was fixed, picked it up and it worked for about 10 minutes.
