Call CPR Appliance, Inc and ask for Andrew as a technician! Our stove needed 2 things fixed and we used American Home Shield - so I was SOOOO skeptical, but OMG! SO amazing!! All the techs go through background checks but after that, they have to pass my test around my children. Being a mother, I know the importance of protecting your children no matter the cost. So I'm glad Andrew made you feel safe and went above and beyond just repairing your stove. That means the world to me!!!
I have been through the ringer with another company provided by AHS for the last NINE MONTHS! But from the moment CPR has been put on the case I feel confident that BOTH of my appliance issues will be corrected within the week. Thank you a million times over Cheryl and Randy. My dishwasher stopped working and I was out of town so my wife was not pleased. My neighbor has a home warranty so they just call the warranty company for any repairs. He kept CPR's card though from his last problem and said they were great. The office woman I spoke to was super nice and assured me they will take care of us.They showed up in the window of time they gave us and were able to fix the problem.
