Courteous and timely customer service is a top priority at CPR, AED, and Safety Education. We offer classes every day at our training center. I’ve been going to this place every other October, on a Saturday, for many years to renew my: CPR, First Aid, AED Adult, Child, Infant certification. It was cozy. I loved that it was small groups. The location was perfect for me. The instructors were always clear, kind, helpful. This place was exactly what I needed. Now that they’re closing, I can only pray I find another like it. This was my experience; it was a good one, Thank You.
Zero stars if possible. I went to take my bls course yesterday. After the 4 hour class I took the exam a failed with an 80%. I was told to pay for another class and come back another day. I was asked a very inappropriate question, asking if I was Ethiopian as if saying that was the reason for me getting an 80%. I told them I would take my business elsewhere. They made it sound like they were the only class in town, trying to coerce me into spending more money for another class. I took my business to a class in upper Marlboro... read more

Our instructor, Ms.Geraldine did an excellent job on teaching us the process of CPR for infants, adults and children. She was very kind and patient with us.
I recommend this course to EVERYONE! The importance of having the skills necessary to potentially save a life were imparted so powerfully and thoughtfully by Mr. Booker (our instructor)! He was patient, kind, and thorough! He made sure that we left with the knowledge and confidence we would need in an emergency situation! He was also very friendly and reassusuring. As an educator, I have had several CPR/First Aid/AED trainings, this one was by far the best!
