So, my father is in the hospital and I got a call from CPO2. I didn’t know who they were and they called me by the wrong name and asked for information. I paused and said that I am a little uncomfortable handing out medical information if they are indeed calling the wrong person and asked who and why they were calling. Maybe it isnt their fault. My husband is on oxygen 24/7 they have none. Been out for 3 weeks. I have had to go pick my own bottles up. They only delivered the first time. He is out of oxygen now and this is just insane. Staff always say we have no bottles ugh. Guess we will go to ER and have them bill this company

Have been very difficult to reach. Was finally referred to a technician who was pleasant on the phone but never followed through. Have had machine a month and no working face mask yet. No one ever calls you back.
