I have gone to CPO three times, for different appliances , the last being ;custom made inserts for my shoes .I had them check to make sure they would be covered by my insurance and was told after a cuople days wait that yes they would be covered bythe 80\20 co-pay since all of my deductibles had been met already. a couple of months go by and all of a sudden , I get an EOB from BC\BS that they would not oay for them.I feel like both BC\BS and CPO are at fault and I will not recommend them to anyone else.
