Honestly, I can't thank the staff at CPMC ER enough for the quality of care that was provided. I went two times in two days for two different causes, and Dr. Kumamoto, and Dr. Wagner, both provided extremely empathetic, and effective care. I know the US healthcare system is f'd and I was afraid to even go in because I am afraid to look at the bill, but between them and the several nurses whose names I wish I could remember, who came in just to talk to me because it was so clear my mental state was so bad, I know that no matt... read more
I was there Sunday cos I had a hard fall and landed on my left him and sprained my right ankle ! The took a X-ray then did a cat scan told me nothing was broken and said they were re,easing me ! Mind you I coukdn’t even walk cos of pain which got really bad ,they gave me a cane and I tried to walk and ended up falling again right in front of a doctor and nurses ,they wanted to only do another cat scan tho I didn’t land on same area , they whole time I was there which was from 10 am to 4 pm they never gave me anything for pai... read more
Emergency full of homeless people. Nasty services
Yeah if you got an emergency DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE, literally saw 8 people go before me when i was here way before them..these people dont care about you, they are just money hungry and doing the default minimum to avoid being shut down by the government..sad that when people come here with life threatening injuries that they ONLY do the bare minimum, wont be coming here again thats for sure and if i had cooperates number i would have been called them, this place is very unorganized as well
Quick to address ER related concerns, when I came in with the flu and low oxygen. Couldn’t get me in a room, but the staff was very fast moving and kept the results coming and clear so that I could get in and out as fast as possible.
